What is WSD?

The Whole Systems Demonstrator (WSD) programme was established by the Department of Health (DH) to evaluate how the use of telecare and telehealth technologies can support people with long-term health and care needs to live independently. It has resulted in the largest evidence base for telehealthcare in the country.
